Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Free Call Me (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Free Call Me website (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at https://freecallme.com.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to:
- Account information: your email address, name, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive your email address and name from that provider.
- Phone numbers you dial: when you place a paid call to a phone, we process and store the destination phone number so we can connect and bill the call.
- Payment information: when you buy calling credit, our payment processor collects your payment details. We store your purchase history and credit balance but never your full card number.
- Call records: metadata about the paid calls you place (see “Voice Calls and Phone Numbers” below).
- Device and network signals: including your IP address and a browser fingerprint, used to prevent fraud and abuse (see “Fraud and Abuse Prevention” below).
We use your Personal Information to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, to process payments and place your calls, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to communicate with you about your account.
Voice Calls and Phone Numbers
Browser-to-browser calls. Free calls between browsers use a direct, peer-to-peer WebRTC connection. Call audio, video, chat messages, and files are exchanged directly between participants (or relayed through a TURN server only when a direct connection is not possible). We do not record, store, or listen to the contents of these calls. To help browsers find each other, connection setup messages (signaling) pass through our real-time infrastructure and TURN relay providers, but the call media itself is not stored by us.
Calls to phones. When you use paid calling to reach a regular phone number, your call is routed to the recipient through third-party telecommunications carriers. To connect and bill these calls, we store call records that may include the destination phone number, the country, the date and time, the duration, the call outcome (for example, answered, no answer, or blocked by the carrier), the carrier used, technical hang-up details, and the cost. We use this information to place your calls, bill you accurately, provide support, monitor call quality, and prevent fraud and abuse. The recipient’s phone displays a FreeCallMe caller ID number, not your personal number.
Payments
Payments for calling credit are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your payment and a limited record of the transaction (such as the amount and status), and we maintain your credit balance and purchase history. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.
Fraud and Abuse Prevention
To keep free calling free and protect the Service from abuse, we use automated checks when you sign up and when you place calls. These may include your IP address (and its network subnet), a browser fingerprint generated in your browser, your name, checks against known disposable email providers, and rate limits on account creation and calling. We combine these signals into a risk score associated with your account. We use this information solely to detect and prevent duplicate accounts, fraud, and abuse of the Service, and we log blocked attempts for security purposes.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Analytics
We use third-party analytics services, including PostHog and Vercel Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. These services collect usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, and general device and browser details. This information is used in aggregate to measure and improve the performance and usability of the Service.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
We use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These providers include, among others:
