A private room for two. Open the link, hit join — no waiting room, no sign-in.

Works on any laptop, tablet, or phone · Nothing for students or parents to install

Why it fits

The friction other tools force on you — gone.

How you'd use it

A realistic flow — start to finish, no surprises.

  1. 1

    Generate a room link

One click on this page. Pick private for 1-on-1, group for a class.

  2. 2

Paste it where the student is

iMessage, WhatsApp, email, your scheduling tool — anywhere they can click.

  3. 3

Both of you open the link

Browser asks for camera/mic permission once. You're in.

  4. 4

    Teach. Close the tab.

No upload, no recording you have to delete later. The room stops existing.

Questions worth asking

The stuff people in your spot usually want to know.

Do my students need to sign up?
No. They click the link you send and grant camera/microphone permission in their browser. That's the whole onboarding.
Will it work on a student's school Chromebook?
Yes, as long as the school doesn't block camera access in Chrome. There's nothing to install, so most managed devices work out of the box.
Is there a time limit on lessons?
No. Unlike free Zoom, calls don't cut off at 40 minutes. Run as long as the lesson needs.
Can I record the lesson?
FreeCallMe doesn't record. If a student or parent wants a recording, they can use their device's built-in screen recorder with consent, but nothing is captured on our end.
Can I screen share my whiteboard or slides?
Yes, screen sharing works the same as any modern call. Share a tab, a window, or your whole screen.
What about COPPA / under-13 students?
We don't collect any account info from joiners, so there's nothing for a child to sign up to. Parents and tutors should still follow their local rules on consent and supervision.

Try it before your next lesson
