Questions worth asking

The stuff people in your spot usually want to know.

Can I add a "Call us" button to my website?
Yes — link to a generated room URL like any other link. Customers click, the room opens, you both join when ready. No widget or embed required.
Do customers need an account to join?
No. They open the link, allow camera/microphone in the browser, and they're in. That's it.
Can I use this for sales demos?
It works fine for demos and discovery calls. Screen share is supported, and the no-signup flow has noticeably better show-up rates than tools that require an account.
Is this HIPAA / GDPR / SOC 2 ready?
FreeCallMe is a free, unaccountable service — there's no DPA, no BAA, no audit report. For regulated industries you should use a vendor that signs paperwork. Call content is end-to-end encrypted and not retained.
Can I rebrand the call page?
Not today. The room page is plain by design — neutral branding, no signup CTA pushed to your customer.
How many calls can I run at once?
There's no per-user cap. Each agent on your team can have their own ongoing room. Each individual room supports 1-on-1 or up to 20 in group mode.
What happens if my team grows past 20 on a call?
20 is the per-room ceiling. For bigger all-hands or webinars you'd want a different tool — FreeCallMe is built for support and small-team conversations.
Will FreeCallMe stay free if my business depends on it?
Free is the model — calls are funded by ads on our marketing pages, not by the calls themselves. That said, treat any free vendor as something you could swap out, and don't hard-code links into critical flows you can't change.

Make support a call away

Generate a link, keep it in your reply template, and stop asking customers to create accounts just to talk to you.
